Paul Wesley, the 42-year-old star of The Vampire Diaries, is now engaged. He recently asked 25-year-old model Natalie Kuckenburg for her hand in marriage - and she happily accepted.

Paul proposed with a stunning oval-shaped ring, as seen in a black-and-white photo where he is holding her hand, showcasing the sparkling ring on her finger.

Natalie shared the moment with a simple caption: "Yes" [white heart emoji].

On July 16, Paul revealed that the couple was enjoying a vacation in Tuscany, Italy. He posted a carousel of pictures from their romantic getaway, captioning it: "A beautiful time in Tuscany."

The pair then continued their travels to the Amalfi Coast on July 17.

Earlier, Paul celebrated Natalie's birthday by sharing a series of photos, including a black-and-white image of them sharing a kiss by the water. He wrote: "It's my favorite person's birthday @nataliekuckenburg."

Paul and Natalie were first spotted together in November 2022. In a 2024 interview, the Smallville actor expressed how laughter is a vital part of their relationship.

He told PEOPLE: "There are two people who are the funniest in my life - my dog and, frankly, my girlfriend. I believe our strong bond is built on laughter, which is crucial in any relationship."

Paul's engagement follows his divorce from Ines de Ramon, 32, which was finalized just over a year ago. They ended their three-year marriage due to "irreconcilable differences." Ines, a jewelry executive, has since moved on and is now reportedly dating Hollywood star Brad Pitt, 61.
